A.50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due the day of your event date. Payments may be made by credit card or e-transfer.

A.At Quinchos Photography, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to protect both our clients and the time we reserve exclusively for their session or event.

CLIENT CANCELLATION
If the client chooses to cancel a session, wedding, or event after booking, the 40% retainer is non-refundable.
If additional payments have been made beyond the retainer, those payments may be refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled date and whether services or expenses have already been committed.
For weddings and large events, cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled date may be subject to the full remaining balance, because the date has been specifically reserved and may no longer be reasonably available for another booking.

RESCHEDULING
We understand that unexpected circumstances may require a change of date.
Clients may request to reschedule their session or event, subject to our availability.
A rescheduling request made with reasonable advance notice may allow the retainer to be transferred to a new available date one time, without an additional retainer.
If the new date is not available, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the original retainer will remain non-refundable.
For weddings and major events, rescheduling may require a new agreement or additional fees depending on the circumstances and availability.

PHOTOGRAPHER CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that Quinchos Photography must cancel due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement photographer/videographer, subject to the client's approval.
If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, any payments made for services that have not been provided will be refunded.

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, emergencies, or oth

A.Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

A.Hours may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended wedding day should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.
